Mark your calendar for our first Parent School Alliance event of the school year! On Monday, September 29th, Dr. Ross Greene will be presenting from 6:30- 8:00pm in the YPAC at Yarmouth High School

Dr. Greene will be sharing the basics of his Collaborative and Pro-Active Solutions model and how it is a powerful tool for parents, as it focuses on how to understand and solve problems together with children.

YHS Open House ~ Tuesday, 9/30

6:00-8:30pm

We would like to welcome parents and guardians to our open house! At 6:00, please gather in the Yarmouth Performing Arts Center (YPAC) for a welcome and presentation. Following that, at 6:25, you will go to your child’s advisory group to receive your child’s schedule and other important information. Following advisory, you will follow an abbreviated schedule and meet your student’s teachers. Looking forward to seeing you! Please consider carpooling as parking can be tight at YHS. Thank you.

Grades 10 & 11 taking PSATs (arrive by 8:45)

Learning Area Conferences ~ November 12th & November 13th

Learning Area Conferences will be held on November 12th and 13th. Individual appointments are not made ahead of time; these conferences take place in the cafeteria or gym where teachers provide quick updates (approximately 5 minutes) of your child’s progress. Our student ambassadors will be on site to help.

Please note:

If your child’s last name begins with A-K, conferences will be held from 3:30-6:30 pm on Wednesday, November 12th.

If your child’s last name begins with L-Z, conferences will be held from 3:30-6:30 pm on Thursday, November 13th.

Senior Parents

Senior parents: The Project Graduation committee will be planning an evening that is fun and safe for the Class of 2026 on their graduation night (June 7th). The committee will be sending an email to parents in the very near future. If you do not want your name and email shared, please call the main office.
